This is an early example of a mixture of my poetry and art.
The Poem:
Love is like a jeweled dagger,
It can lacerate your life.
But Hate can never be the answer,
It too can shatter precious lives.
I have been drawing since I was six. When I was 12, I started writing poetry. I channeled all my pain and sorrow through a pen or pencil. Sometimes, I would combine drawings with poems. This blog archives most of those drawings and poems. Enjoy! *The sad, emotional poems do not reflect my current feelings.*
